Obiettivi formativi
The course will deal with realism in perception, with reference to the following theories: Direct Realism (in its intentionalist and in its nonintentionalist version) and Naive Realism, in its interaction with phenomenological disjunctivism. The course will also scrutinize the antirealist approaches to perception that trace back to the sense-data theory on the one hand and to constructivism on the other hand. At the end of the course students will be able to master the contemporary philosophical debate on the theme of perception.
