The course aims at investigating and understanding the philosophy of Ludwig Wittgenstein, early and late.

At the end of the course of History of philosophy II students should have a clear view of the philosophy of Wittgenstein, from the Tractatus to the transition period, from the Philosophical Investigations to On Certainty.

Lectures. Lectures will be in class and, if required by the health conditions, streaming on Webex will be available as well. Additional materials will be uploaded on the Moodle platform.

Oral exam, assessing whether students have acquired a clear understanding of the philosophy of Wittgenstein. Grading based on a 30-point scale.
The exam will take place in the classroom (default option) or via Webex (if required by the health emergency or classrooms availability)
